> Giddaa helps Nigerians at home and in the diaspora buy houses from verified developers in Nigeria — with mortgages, payment plans, rent-to-own, and outright purchase.

Every listing comes from a developer Giddaa has verified. A house page names the purchase plans that particular house can be bought on, and each plan page states its deposit, interest rate, repayment term and who is eligible. Prices are in Nigerian Naira.
