MREIF is a housing scheme by the Ministry of Finance Incorporated, designed to support homeownership. It offers up to ₦200 million, repayable over 20 years, through a public-private partnership. It’s part of Nigeria’s One Million Homes initiative.

The FMBN Rent to Own is designed for NHF contributors. With this plan, you move into an FMBN funded home and pay rent monthly, but the rent is actually contributing to you owning the home over time, and once payment is completed, the house becomes yours.
