Policies for the purchase of 12 Month Payment Plan
In the event a client misses more than three consecutive payments on their property purchase, resulting in the revocation of the property and initiation of property resale proceedings, our policy ensures transparency and fairness. The client will be promptly refunded all payments made towards the property, including down payments and installments, once the property has been successfully sold to another buyer.
The maximum number of payments the seller deems permissible is 3 payments. In the event that more than 3 payments are missed, the seller would seek to recover the property from you for resale to another client.
